How long does delivery take?

Our standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, but times may vary by supplier.
Some items are shipped from our EU or Asia warehouses, which may require a longer delivery timeframe.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom to ensure reliable service and faster delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. Remaining items usually arrive shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available).
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Please contact support before returning.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. Products are sourced from UK-based suppliers or shipped with duties handled; no extra customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If not yet processed, we can update or cancel. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
My item arrived damaged or faulty—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, a 30-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects (excludes misuse and normal wear).
