At Home Luxury Point, we work with trusted UK and EU-based suppliers through our Syncee partner network to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly and securely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details, if available.
Please note: Some products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse (UK or EU, Asia), so items from multi-product orders may arrive separately.Â
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom.
Most of our products are dispatched from UK-based suppliers, but certain items may ship from EU or Asia warehouses if stock runs low or for specialised items.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier and location:
- UK warehouse dispatch: 2–5 business days
- EU warehouse dispatch: 5–10 business days
- Asia warehouse dispatch: 8–14 business days
You will be provided with tracking details once your item has shipped.
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier network issues, but we always monitor orders closely. Please check the product page for the exact delivery time. Some items are shipped from our EU or Asia warehouses, which may require a longer delivery timeframe.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the supplier, delivery may be handled by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, GLS, or other reputable UK/EU/Asia couriers.
All shipments are tracked, and in some cases a signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by product and are displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on eligible products.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
If tracking information isn’t immediately active, please allow up to 24 hours for courier updates.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@homeluxurypoint.co.uk and we’ll liaise directly with the supplier and courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Schedule
All orders using our express courier service will be sent on the same day if payment is received before 10 a.m. Monday to Friday (or dispatched on the next working day if ordered after 10 a.m.) and should be delivered the following day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
If you need your order delivered on a specific date or if you need to give us special delivery instructions, please include this in the comments section when placing your order.
Please note: Some products may take up to 8–14 business days to be delivered. Check the product page for the estimated delivery time.

At Home Luxury Point, we want every purchase to feel effortless and enjoyable.
If something isn’t quite right, our UK-friendly returns policy ensures you’re covered quickly and fairly.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened essential oils, diffusers, or other personal-use products
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale products clearly marked as non-returnable
How to Start a Return
Please email our support team at support@homeluxurypoint.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide the UK return address and instructions.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return locations vary by product.
Return Shipping
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage or provide a prepaid label.
- If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent via a tracked postal service so your parcel can be safely received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm and issue a refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@homeluxurypoint.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately after reviewing your claim.
