Make a purchase over £30 and we'll give you free shipping within the UK

Shipping Schedule
All orders using our express courier service be sent on the same day if payment is received before 10am Monday to Friday (or dispatched on the next working day if ordered after 10am) and should be delivered the following day (excluding bank holidays and weekends) . If you need your order delivered on a specific date or if you need to give us special delivery instructions, just write this in the comments section on your order.

Standard Delivery (3-5 days) £1.49 FREE
Express Delivery (1-2 days)  £2.90 £2.90

 

Please Note: It may take up to 7 working days for delivery to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@homeluxurypoint.com. 

Sale and Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items may not be eligible for a refund.  However, please contact us to resolve the issue. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@homeluxurypoint.com.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
