Refund policy

Guarantee
Home Luxury Point will offer a full refund on all products except sale and discounted items purchased if you contact us with 7 days of delivery and then return the products within the agreed time-frame. Any items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund your postage in these circumstances. We are confident you will be happy with our products. We, therefore, assure your satisfaction and offer our products with a 7-day refund policy. If, in the unlikely event, you feel any of our products are not the high quality you were expecting, please contact us by email, within 14 days of delivery and explain your reasons. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item we will offer a refund or a replacement item. Please email us as soon as you've received the product. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged item/s.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@homeluxurypoint.com. 

Sale and Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items may not be eligible for a refund.  However, please contact us to resolve the issue. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@homeluxurypoint.com.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
